1 Stress of work in the morning
This is the biggest thing which will ruin your all productive day. You can't do anything properly or perfectly with this stress.
So it's better to do all your many short works at night like books according to time tables in you backpack or assignment, journal etc
If you are job person than put your documents, traveling pass, presentation etc.
And do one or two long task like breakfast ,ironing your clothes or revision if you are a student.
2 using mobile phone
Using mobile phones are bad? Yes it is, if you are Using mobile phones first instead of brushing your teeth
This will low your productivity or your work on the day will be delayed and worst you can't finish it
So it's simple and better put your mobile phone away from where you sleep this is the easiest solution of it.
3 break fast
To be productive you have to do heavy but healthy bearkfast (I m not ur Nutritiust that will tell you it) just I am saying eat something healthy in the morning
It will help you to satisfy your hunger for longer periods of time and if you are students than ( you will understand better if your stomach is full)
So before doing revison eat some fruits in the morning
4. Waking up late ( no quality sleep)

So in simple word wake up early to be productive because if the beginning is Exllecnt than your all day will be good

To get quality sleep you have to sleep at same time at night and wake up at same time this will help you to make a habit of waking up early plus ➕ you will get quality sleep
